Terms of use

These terms apply to your use of unsubs.org, run by Kardelen Social Media (KvK 92472656), Parklaan 54a, 5613 BH Eindhoven, the Netherlands ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you buy one of our offers, the section on paid offers applies too.

What the site is

unsubs.org is a catalog of software you pay for by use or buy once, as alternatives to subscriptions. It is free to use and needs no account. We are not the seller of any product listed; you buy from the vendor, on the vendor's terms.

Accuracy of listings

We check prices and pricing models by hand, but vendors change them without telling us. Everything on the site is information, not advice or an offer, and is provided "as is". Always confirm the price and terms on the vendor's site before you buy. Cost comparisons are estimates based on the numbers shown.

Suggesting a tool

When you suggest a tool, you confirm that what you send is accurate and that you may share it. We decide freely whether and how to list a product, and may edit or reject suggestions. Self-hosted, open-source and subscription-only products are not listed.

Paid offers

We sell a sponsored slot (€99.00 for 30 days), a Verified badge (€49.00 for 12 months) and a fast-track review (€29.00). Details are on the advertise page. All are one-time payments in euros; nothing renews automatically.

A fast-track review buys a faster decision, within 48 hours of payment, not a listing.
Sponsored slots are only for products that meet our listing rules. We may refuse or remove a sponsorship whose product or content is misleading or unlawful, and refund the unused part.
These offers are for businesses. If you buy as a consumer, any withdrawal rights you have under the law of your country still apply.

Acceptable use

Don't use the site to break the law, send spam or malicious content through our forms, scrape it in a way that burdens our servers, or try to get around its security. We may block access that does.

Content and trademarks

The site's text, design and catalog data are ours unless stated otherwise. Product names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify their products. If you think something on the site infringes your rights, email info@unsubs.org.

Liability

We are not liable for losses from relying on information on the site, from vendors' products, or from sites we link to. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for intent or gross negligence.

Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands, and the competent courts of the Netherlands have jurisdiction, without taking away protections a consumer has under the law of their own country.
